Code of Behavior

4 Jun 2015 by Casey District

As we head into finals a reminder for players, coaches, parents, spectators and supporters that Casey Districts Netball Club adopts the Code of Behaviour set out by Netball Vic. A copy of these codes have been uploaded to our Facebook page or you can find them on vic.netball.com.au under Code of Behaviour where you can download and read all the infonet sheets.
As a club we will not accept foul language, unnecessary rough play, arguing with umpires or coaches. If a report is made or is brought to the attention of the committee we will not hesitate in speaking to players, parents and supporters of our club about what is appropriate behaviour and if it continues the committee has the right to suspend a player.
It is also club policy that all players in a team be given equal court time during the rounds. If a team should make finals it is then a coaches prerogative to put their best team on the court and we only guarantee half a game.
We ask all players and parents to show respect to your coaches. They are volunteers. A coach decides who goes on court when and in what positions. We respectfully ask everyone to remember this and support the coach in their decisions.
Good Luck to teams for finals and Go Casey!!
